Returns Policy

We do not accept return requests due to the nature of materials and the usage of the products – we would like our customers to be ensured of the hygiene of the product as these are for little kids and hence we do not take any products back unless there is a transit damage. Return requests for transit damages placed after 24 hours of receiving are unfortunately non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Returns would only be accepted in case the product is damaged during transit. In case you receive a damaged product, please send us an email with the photo and complete video of the product received while opening it and the Order ID to customercare@jimnjam.com within 24 hours of receiving the product. Our quality team will ascertain the reason of the return and if found genuine will offer a replacement to the product.

Our aim is to be able to ensure you receive what you ordered and paid for and we hope to make this possible with every delivery made. We would love to hear from you on the products and your support would make a lot of difference to our team. Please do write in to us on customercare@jimnjam.com and our team will revert to you on priority.
